Founders and Owners
Seema Goyal – Owner and Managing Director
Award-winning businesswoman, Seema, has been working at GOYALS for over 25 years. Seema is immensely passionate about customer service.
Seema is a respected and recognised female entrepreneur within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, known for her charitable work, support to the local community, and winning several local accolades. The GOYAL name is recognised as a trusted brand since their doors opened back in 1956.
Seema is also the current VP at the Maidenhead and District Chamber of Commerce, supporting local business growth.
Mr & Mrs Goyal Senior – Founders
GOYALS was established over 54 years ago in 1966. As a family-owned business, GOYALS has been serving several generations of families within the Royal Borough. Many of the children we have outfitted over the years are now bringing their children in for their uniforms.
Rajan Goyal – Owner and Operations Director
Rajan has a strong commercial understanding, which bodes well for the continued success of the business. Although rarely seen, as his focus is more ‘behind the scenes’, Rajan is an astute professional, with a keen eye of growth and expansion, along with wife Seema.
Rajan has a deep understanding of the retails and manufacturing industry, which has enabled his direction to support Seema and the business’s growth into its 6th decade of success.
IT & Marketing
Paul – Website Manager
Paul is an IT specialist who supports GOYALS by designing and managing the website. He oversees the working of the website, evaluates, and manages online performance and facilitates hosting and server management.
Reena – Marketing Manager
Reena is an award-winning consultant, who supports the GOYALS brand with Marketing and PR initiatives. A tenacious and meticulous individual who supports the GOYALS core values of trust, respect, and customer focus.
Embroidery & Seamstress Team
Production & Design Team
A fantastic team run the embroidery unit, an integral part of the GOYALS team, working their magic for over 35 years. Bringing creative designs alive, their knowledge is a mass with expertise and passion.
Victoria – Seamstress Pleater
Providing the perfect pleats is a complicated skill, and Victoria manages to make this look effortless with her extensive experience and knowledge. Victoria manages the London based factory and is a dedicated, focussed professional who strives to always deliver the best results.
Joanna – Seamtress
Joanna is one of the UK’s finest seamstresses, constructing garments to the customer’s specification. Joanna has a meticulous eye for detail and her knowledge of fabric is second to none.
Tereza – Tailor
A good tailor like Tereza is indispensable as she can do everything from alter a suit to make it fit you better to completely design and create bespoke items of clothing that will flatter you in every way possible.
Retail Team
Gabby – Shop Manager
Gabby is Seema’s, right-hand woman. By nature, a perfectionist who ensures a seamless operation is delivered at GOYALS, whilst championing continued customer care for all customers. Gabby has been a part of the team for over ten years, always striving for perfection and exceeding all expectations.
Ziaed – Retail Assistant
Working in retail is an immensely fast-paced environment, and Ziaed fits the bill perfectly with his exceptional efficiency and speedy nature. He has extensive international experience of over 20 years in this industry and has worked at GOYALS for six years. Ziaed has a wonderfully quirky and outgoing personality.
Summer – Retail Assistant
Summer, brings her bubbly personality to the forefront when supporting customers. Focused on the customer’s requirements, with ease and confidence, always with a smile on her face. Great with the children, ensuring they are enjoying the shop experience, Summer is always on hand.
Carlotta – Retail Assistant
Carlotta excels in keeping GOYALS’ stock neat and with her attention to detail and efficient storage of goods and materials. She also looks after school contracts.
Esme – Retail Assistant Part-Time
Esme is an excellent salesperson as she naturally builds rapport and makes each customer feel valued. Always with a smile on her face, Esme truly loves serving people and is particularly good with children.
Jesse – Retail Assistant Part-Time
Jesse is very professional and is a strong person. She is very good at playing hockey, which reflects in her great team spirit within Goyals.
Llana – Retail Assistant Part-Time
We could all use a little more patience and Llana has it by the bucketload. This is why she delivers such a high level of quality customer service as she excels in listening and fully understanding each customer’s needs.
Suhayb – Retail Assistant Part time
Suhayb is a highly responsible individual who can always be counted on to help others and make the right decisions.
