These terms and conditions apply to your access to the Goyals.co.uk website (“Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from our Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use our Website.

The Website contains a description of the main characteristics of goods and representative pictures. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

This site is intended for sales within mainland England, Wales and Scotland, thus all prices are shown GB Sterling and include VAT at the rate of 20% where applicable. The sales contract is completed in England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website including orders for goods. By accessing this website you agree to submit to English law.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Alter our prices and specifications without notice
To amend any instructions to embroider or print products where insufficient information is supplied or the nature of the embroidery or printing or garments so requires. Please ensure that and spelling or numbers chosen are correct and that the size of garment is correct as any mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is placed.
Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to affect your statutory rights.

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and us

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it before despatch. We will not be obliged to sell any other goods which may have been part of your order until the despatch of your goods by us.

We may not be able to accept your order or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock
  • Authorisation of your payment failed
  • We made a pricing or product description error
  • You are not eligible to order from Goyals Ltd

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us, by e-mail using the e-mail address provided by you. A message being recorded in the sent box of our e-mail server will be sufficient to record our attempt to contact you and we cannot be held liable for any failure of receipt of the e-mail by you.

If we have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you when you cancel it we cannot stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us – Please also see our returns information. All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Goyals Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. By accessing our site you accept that communication from us will be primarily electronic through e-mail or notices posted on our website. For contractual purposes, by accessing this website you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Unless otherwise specified the intellectual property rights in the contents of all the pages in this website, are owned or licensed to Goyals Ltd, or are used with permission from the owner.
The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission.


We take all feedback very seriously and aim to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.

Warranty and limitation of our liability

Our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the goods.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
Goods being delivered to a UK address by us will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you, which will be deemed to be the date of posting.


Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service selected.
If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before your order is dispatched. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs. Deliveries will be sent by either royal mail or courier. Where sent by courier the courier’s delivery records will suffice as proof of delivery and satisfaction of our delivery service and deemed receipt by you. Where delivery is to a Flat, delivery may not be to the door and delivery recorded by the courier will be deemed as receipt by you.We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once recorded as delivered by the courier. 

We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability.”

Our Returns Policy

If you have an item(s) that you would like to return, please email us at sales@goyals.co.uk before bringing the item(s) into the shop.

You may return your order within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods – Please retain proof of postage and tracking details until after any return process initiated has been concluded. 

For click and collect orders,  collection will be deemed to have occurred within 7 days of notification by us, by e-mail that the items/order are ready for collection. Click and collect orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days and be subject to storage costs up to 100% of the order value.

Please retain proof of postage (in case of any dispute as to whether goods have been received by us, we will require proof of postage and tracking information). We will refund the price of the goods in full, but not the delivery costs you paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation/return and refund request and we have received the items. 

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible at your own cost and risk. The goods should be in their original packaging with all relevant tags and labels intact and in resalable condition, as determined by us at our sole discretion.

Please note you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and any . If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may not be able to accept or process your return.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, this will be we will transfer the money either using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase (excluding cash and where payment is made by card, refunds will be made only to the same card number used to make the original purchase) – If payment was made by card a card receipt will be required. For all other returns a receipt/proof of purchase will be required. There will be No cash refunds and any alternative payment method will be at our sole discretion.

Any orders for personalised goods (printed or embroidered or labelled or altered or embellished in any way as requested by the customer) are non-returnable. Any goods specifically ordered at a customer’s request  will be non-returnable. Any goods that pose a hygiene risk, at our sole discretion, are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

During your visit to the Website we may gather certain personal information that is necessary for the purposes of billing, delivery of your goods and queries. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order.

Ordinarily we do not have access to your financial information which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents and who process it on our instructions.

Our card processing agents maintain the security and confidentially of your personal details, and are required not to retain, share, store or divulge any personal information for any other purposes. We will not be liable for any breaches by the card processing agent.

When you supply your information to us you accept the risks associated with the Internet and consent to our processing your information in accordance with this policy and will not hold us responsible for any loss of your information.
